我有一个朋友,工作上一直做得很辛苦,去年我推荐他到一个部门去做些清闲的工作,工作之前的体检完全合格。结果非常不幸,在任命书下来前一周,他觉得自己的眼睛不好使,去医院医生看完后说,不是眼睛的问题,是需要换掉双肾。后来这个医生讲:你怎么可以把病拖到现在?如果是一年前,只要去撒泡尿,就知道他的肾必须得到治疗。要命的是,为什么之前的体检没有查出来?说明我们没有看到他危机的蛛丝马迹。一、企业危机的弊端与基本解决方式中国人很智慧,这地球人都知道。今天讲的是危机公关,智慧的中国人就造出“危机”这个词来。危机包含了两层意思:
