在“十二五”期间,加强信息化顶层设计已经成为国资委对中央企业信息化建设的新要求。本文首先分析了电网企业信息化建设存在的问题,提出引进企业架构的必然性。接着,通过对企业架构、企业架构框架相关理论的研究和分析,提出构建“四横五纵”架构框架以开展电网企业的企业架构设计与管控,加强电网企业信息化建设的顶层规划。最后,文章又对企业架构在电网企业的应用效果进行了分析。使用企业架构开展电网企业信息化建设的顶层规划,具有一定的实践意义。
During the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” period, enhancing top-level information design has become a new requirement of SASAC for the informatization of central enterprises. This paper first analyzes the problems existing in the informatization construction of power grid enterprises and puts forward the necessity of introducing the enterprise structure. Then, through the research and analysis of the related theories of enterprise architecture and enterprise architecture framework, this paper proposes to construct the architecture framework of “four horizontal and five verticals” to carry out the enterprise architecture design and management of power grid enterprises and strengthen the top-level planning of power grid enterprise information construction. Finally, the article analyzes the application effect of enterprise architecture in power grid enterprises. The use of enterprise architecture to carry out the top-level planning of power grid enterprise information construction has a certain practical significance.
