很多高职院校采用校企合作的模式来共同培养商务英语人才,这是21世纪培养创新型人才的一个重要路径,以此满足企业对中小型企业的人才需求。很多高职院校通过与企业合作,加强了毕业生在人才市场上的竞争力,创造了高校和企业共同发展的双赢局面。主要阐述了高职院校与企业合作的具体改革情况,以及校企合作模式对培养商务英语专业人才的助推作用。
Many vocational colleges adopt the mode of school-enterprise cooperation to jointly cultivate business English talents. This is an important path to cultivate innovative talents in the 21st century, so as to meet the demand of enterprises for talents in small and medium-sized enterprises. Many higher vocational colleges, through cooperation with enterprises, have strengthened the competitiveness of graduates in the talent market and created a win-win situation for the common development of colleges and enterprises. Mainly elaborates on the concrete reform situation of the cooperation between higher vocational colleges and enterprises and the boost effect of the school-enterprise cooperation mode on cultivating business English professionals.
