目的探讨大豆皂苷(SS)对环磷酰胺(CTX)化疗荷瘤小鼠疗效及T淋巴细胞的调节作用。方法建立肉瘤S180荷瘤小鼠模型,随机分为模型对照组、CTX组、CTX+SS低、中、高剂量组(10、20、40 mg/kg),连续给药15 d后处死小鼠,测量小鼠瘤重、胸腺和脾脏重量,计算抑瘤率、胸腺指数、脾脏指数;观察小鼠存活时间,计算生命延长率;流式细胞仪测定脾T淋巴细胞亚群百分率。结果化疗后荷瘤小鼠免疫功能低下;SS中、高剂量能增强化疗药物的抑瘤作用,提高化疗小鼠的脾脏指数,延长小鼠的存活时间,提高CD3+、CD4+比例及CD4+/CD8+比值,与CTX组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论大豆皂苷可增强化疗药物的疗效,提高机体免疫力,减轻化疗的毒副作用。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of soybean saponin (SS) on tumor-bearing mice induced by cyclophosphamide (CTX) and the regulatory effect of T lymphocytes. Methods The sarcoma S180 tumor-bearing mice model was established and randomly divided into model control group, CTX group, CTX + SS low, medium and high dose groups (10, 20 and 40 mg / kg) The tumor weight, the weight of thymus and spleen of mice were measured, and the tumor inhibition rate, thymus index and spleen index were calculated. The survival time of mice was observed and the life extension rate was calculated. The percentage of splenic T lymphocyte subsets was determined by flow cytometry. Results After chemotherapy, tumor-bearing mice had low immunosuppression. The high dose of SS could enhance the anti-tumor effect of chemotherapeutic drugs, increase the spleen index, prolong the survival of mice and increase the ratio of CD3 +, CD4 + and CD4 + / CD8 + , There was significant difference compared with CTX group (P <0.05). Conclusion Soyasaponin can enhance the curative effect of chemotherapy drugs, improve the body immunity and reduce the side effects of chemotherapy.
