广播电视编导专业自成立以来,一直为大众传媒培养、输送优秀人才。近年来,随着电视、广播、影视等传媒行业日新月异的发展,公众需求多样化的转变,以及学生对于自身发展的需要,使社会对广播电视编导人才的培养提出了更高的要求。面对这一新形势,高校应努力地培养出广播电视编导应用型的人才,才能够适应当下及未来社会发展的需要,推动我国传媒业以及广播电视编导学科的发展更上一层楼。本文就高校应如何培养广播电视编导应用型人才作简单的分析和说明。
Radio and television director since its inception, has been for the mass media training, delivery of talent. In recent years, with the rapid development of media such as television, radio, film and television, the diversification of public needs and the need of students for their own development, the society has put higher demands on the training of radio and television directors.
