OBJECTIVE: To investigate and analyze the safety requirements of intravenous infants in pediatric pediatric patients so as to provide a reference for effectively improving the safety of pediatric transfusion. Methods: The relatives of 860 infants admitted to pediatric department for more than 3 days from August 2014 to March 2015 were enrolled in this study. The self-designed questionnaire about the safety of intravenous fluids in infants was collected. Safety requirements for a full investigation. The questionnaire is divided into a total of 10 content, each content in accordance with the actual situation to 1 to 5 points to points. The higher the score, the higher the relatives’ needs for the safety of the IV infusions are. Results: In this survey, we found that the top 5 safety needs of intravenous fluids were the failure of nurses to puncture once, the failure of puncture in patients during puncture, the failure of nurse administration, the fear of drug use After adverse reactions and worry about infants in the process of obedience and easy to move. Conclusion: Family members of pediatric patients have relatively high safety requirements for intravenous fluids. The pediatric nurses need to be fully trained to improve the operating skills and safety awareness of pediatric nurses. The investigation system should be fully implemented and the operational procedures should be standardized to meet the needs of children Intravenous infusion safety needs.
