在世界经济衰退的影响下,一些东欧国家的国际收支发生困难,外债日益增多。但是保加利亚却有所不同。截至1981年底,它对西方的债务逐年降低,政府人士怀着满意的情绪说:“这表明保加利亚经济情况良好”。
Under the influence of the world economic downturn, the balance of payments in some Eastern European countries experienced difficulties with increasing external debt. But Bulgaria is different. By the end of 1981, its debt to the West had been decreasing year by year. Government officials said with satisfaction that “this shows Bulgaria’s economy is in good condition.”
