按照GB21752—2008《化学品啮齿动物28天重复剂量经口毒性试验方法》,低、中、高剂量染毒及高剂量附加组动物分别以50、100、200 mg/kg三氟乙酰乙酸乙酯灌胃28 d,对照组及对照组附加组动物给予等体积玉米油。结果显示,高剂量组动物白细胞计数、血清总蛋白、球蛋白降低,尿素氮明显升高,其肝脏病变发生率增加;中、高剂量组动物胸腺重量、胸腺/体比降低。低剂量组动物各项指标与对照组比较差异无统计学意义。高剂量附加组动物停止染毒14 d后,各项指标与对照组附加组动物比较,差异无统计学意义。提示三氟乙酰乙酸乙酯有一定的蓄积毒性作用,毒作用部位是血液系统、肝脏、肾脏和免疫器官,其对动物的损害在停止染毒后具有可逆性;雌、雄大鼠亚急性经口毒性试验最大无作用剂量(NOAEL)为50.0 mg/kg,最小有作用剂量(LOAEL)为100.0 mg/kg。
