为遵循水资源可持续发展原则,解决流域内水资源供需矛盾。寻求一种物理意义明确、简单、实用的评价模型来精确反映流域内实际水资源可再生能力等级具有极为重要的理论研究价值和现实意义。为此,在建立流域水资源可再生能力的复合模糊物元和差平方复合模糊物元基础上,结合欧式贴近度的概念,并通过采用反映指标特征值之间差异性的统计参数-变异系数作为评价指标权重,实例介绍了该方法的具体应用,并与其它几种方法比较,结果表明该方法实用、可行。
In order to follow the principle of sustainable development of water resources, solve the contradiction between supply and demand of water resources in the basin. It is very important theoretical research value and practical significance to seek a clear, simple and practical evaluation model to accurately reflect the actual renewable level of water resources in the basin. Therefore, based on the composite fuzzy matter element and the squared complex fuzzy matter element of water resources renewable capacity in river basin, combining the concept of European closeness and adopting the statistical parameter-coefficient of variation that reflects the difference between the eigenvalue of the indicator, As a weight of evaluation index, the concrete application of the method is introduced and compared with several other methods. The results show that the method is practical and feasible.
