目的通过DPPH·法测定鹅绒藤地上部分醇提物及根部醇提物各萃取组分的清除自由基的能力。方法分别将鹅绒藤地上部分醇提物、根部醇提物依次用石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇进行萃取,各组分都配置成适当浓度的溶液,通过DPPH·法测定各组分的清除自由基的能力,并计算各组分的清除50%自由基时样品浓度(IC50),以维生素E作为阳性对照。结果乙酸乙酯组分清除自由基的能力均最强,正丁醇组分次之,石油醚组分抗氧化活性较弱。结论鹅绒藤地上部分醇提物,根部醇提物各组分对DPPH·均具有一定清除作用,乙酸乙酯和正丁醇组分的清除能力显著,确定为活性组分,具有体外抗氧化性,可作为有效的天然自由基清除剂,具有较大的开发利用前景。
OBJECTIVE To determine the free radical scavenging activity of extracts from root extracts and root extracts by DPPH · method. Methods The alcoholic extracts of roots and roots were extracted by petroleum ether, ethyl acetate and n-butanol. The components were all prepared into appropriate concentrations. The content of each component was determined by DPPH · method The ability to scavenge free radicals was calculated and the sample concentration (IC50) at 50% free radical scavenging for each fraction was calculated. Vitamin E was used as a positive control. Results The ethyl acetate fraction had the strongest ability to scavenge free radicals, followed by n-butanol fraction, and the petroleum ether fraction had weaker antioxidant activity. Conclusion The ethanolic extracts of roots and branches of root extract have some scavenging effects on DPPH · and the scavenging capacities of ethyl acetate and n-butanol are significant. Can be used as an effective natural free radical scavenger, with greater prospects for development and utilization.
