取宁夏粳稻杂种优势利用研究的试验材料30份,其中引进及自己选育的恢复系10份,已经转育成不育系的保持系及近年来育成的新品系20份。在对其8个数量性状进行方差分析的基础上,对其遗传距离进行了测定,通过与目前宁夏水稻生产中已经应用的杂交粳稻组合的遗传距离相比较,可以看出利用现有的亲本资源通过合理的组配,育成更强优势的组合是可能的。
In this study, 30 experimental materials were used to study the utilization of heterosis in Ningxia and Japonica. Among them, 10 were restorer lines introduced and self-selected, 20 were maintainer lines that had been transferred into CMS lines and 20 were new ones cultivated in recent years. Based on the variance analysis of eight quantitative traits, the genetic distance was measured. Compared with the genetic distance of the japonica hybrid rice combinations in Ningxia rice production, we can see that using the existing parental resources With reasonable teaming, it is possible to create stronger combinations.
