CFG桩(水泥粉煤灰碎石桩)是由水泥、煤粉灰、碎石、石屑或砂加水拌和形成的高粘结强度桩,由桩、桩间土和褥垫层一起构成的复合地基,由于其具有施工速度快、工期短、质量容易控制、工程造价低廉的特点,该技术已在全国各地区高层建筑地基处理中得到广泛应用,绝大多数为20-30层建筑,也有31-35超高层建筑在合肥地区应用比较广泛。本文结合亳州安置房工程1#-3#楼高层住宅采用CFG桩复合地基处理的工程实例,探讨了CFG桩地基处理方法,并介绍了该工程的地基处理效果,以及应注意的问题。
