罐道钢丝绳的使用寿命与很多因素有关,其中包括罐道钢丝绳的规格、质量、使用条件、导向器的形式以及日常维护等。实践证明,采用密封钢绳比较理想,其使用寿命较长。但是,由于多种原因,这种钢绳目前还没有广泛使用。相当一部分矿山仍在使用6股7丝和6股19丝普通钢丝绳。这两种钢丝绳作为罐道钢绳时使用寿命都不长,多则几年,少则几个月。因此,我们除了设法延长罐道钢丝绳的使用寿命外,还要迅速、稳妥地更换已不能使用的罐道钢丝绳。
The service life of a can-wire rope is dependent on many factors, including the specifications, quality, conditions of use, the form of the guide, and the routine maintenance of the can-do wire rope.
