国内有关M型超声心动图测定正常成人左室功能的报告不多,尤其我国南方人的资料更为缺乏,因此我们对100名正常人进行了检查及分析。一、对象与方法: 对象:健康成人100名,其中男56名,女44名,年龄22～89岁(平均39.5±12.4岁)。均无心血管病史,血压正常,心脏听诊无器质性杂音,心电图、心音图、X线胸透及超声心动图均正常。仪器及记录方法:汕头超声波电子仪器厂生产的CTX—16型超声诊断仪,探头直径12mm,探测频率2mHz,重复频率1250Hz±10％,扫描速度为20mm/min,摄影记录后在2D-20型医用显微阅读器上放大测量,同步记录心电图。同时用Siemens-Elema Mingograf
There are not many reports of M-mode echocardiography on left ventricular function in normal adults, especially in southern China. Therefore, 100 normal subjects were examined and analyzed.
