目的探讨数字胸片筛查肺癌的应用价值。方法选择肺癌高危人群(≥50岁,吸烟指数≥400年支)433人行数字胸片检查,并进行随访复查,分析数字胸片检出肺癌的敏感性、特异性。结果 433例共确诊3例周围型肺癌和1例中央型肺癌,敏感度为44.4%,特异度为98.6%,假阳性1.4%,假阴性55.6%。结论除结构重叠外,图像处理也影响了肺癌的检出,细致的图像后处理可以提高病灶检出率和定性诊断能力。
Objective To explore the value of digital chest radiography in the screening of lung cancer. Methods A total of 433 digital chest radiographs were performed at high risk of lung cancer (≥50 years, smoking index ≥ 400 years) and were followed up for follow-up. The sensitivity and specificity of digital chest radiography in detecting lung cancer were analyzed. Results A total of 433 cases of peripheral lung cancer and 1 case of central lung cancer were diagnosed. The sensitivity, specificity and specificity were 44.4%, 98.6%, 1.4% and 55.6% respectively. Conclusion In addition to structural overlap, image processing also affects the detection of lung cancer. Detailed image post-processing can improve the detection rate of lesions and the ability of qualitative diagnosis.
