目的 了解近年来国内外有关大学生心理应激源评定的常用方法 ,评定工具的编制和应用的现状。方法 采用文献研究法回顾分析国内外有关大学生心理应激的文献。结果 相关文献中 ,国内学者对在校大学生群体进行心理应激水平的评定和应激源的甄别时 ,常用的方法仍然是问卷调查和历史资料回顾 ;国外学者则普遍使用心理测验的手段了解大学生生活应激及其对大学生心理健康的影响。结论 建立具有良好信度、效度的大学生心理应激源评定工具已逐步得到国内业内人士的关注和重视 ,但评定量表的推广使用和及时修订尚有待进一步加强。
Objective To understand the commonly used methods of assessing college students’ psychological stressors at home and abroad, and to evaluate the status of the preparation and application of the tools. Methods A literature review was used to review the literature on psychological stress in college students at home and abroad. Results In the related literatures, when domestic scholars evaluate psychological stress level and stress source in college students, the commonly used methods are still the questionnaire survey and historical data review. Foreign scholars generally use the means of psychological tests to understand the undergraduates’ Life Stress and Its Impact on College Students’ Mental Health. Conclusion The establishment of a tool for assessing the psychological stressors of undergraduates with good reliability and validity has gradually attracted the attention and attention of domestic professionals. However, the promotion and use of the assessment scales and their revision in time need to be further strengthened.
