目的探讨坚固内固定术在颌骨骨折治疗中的效果。方法采用微型或小型钛板坚固内固定术对41例上、下颌骨骨折患者行复位固定。结果本组36例骨折段顺利愈合,咬合关系恢复;2例发生再移位和变形,改颌间结扎后恢复咬合关系;1例创口裂开,重新缝合后愈合;2例存在轻度咬合障碍,调合。结论采用坚固内固定技术行上下颌骨骨折复位固定,操作简单,加速愈合,缩短固定时间,是目前较为理想的治疗方法。
Objective To investigate the effect of rigid internal fixation in the treatment of jaw fracture. Methods 41 patients with mandibular fractures were treated with mini-or mini-plate internal fixation. Results In the 36 cases, the fracture healing was successful and the occlusal relationship was restored. In the other two cases, the occlusion was restored after the intermaxillary ligation. The wounds were healed by one incision and re-sutured. Two patients had mild occlusion , Blending. Conclusion The use of rigid internal fixation of mandibular fracture reduction and fixation, simple operation, accelerated healing, shorten the fixed time, is the ideal treatment.
