目的总结高危良性前列腺增生症患者实施TURP治疗的围手术期处理方法和经验。方法分析93例高危BPH患者围手术期治疗情况。结果93例患者经充分术前准备,均可耐受TURP术,获得彻底治疗的机会,未出现严重并发症。术后国际前列腺症状评分改善,最大尿流率明显增加。结论经积极术前准备和正确的围手术期处理,高危良性前列腺增生症患者多可耐受TURP术,获得彻底治疗的机会。
Objective To summarize the perioperative management and experience of TURP in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Methods The perioperative management of 93 high-risk BPH patients was analyzed. Results Ninety-three patients were able to tolerate TURP after adequate preoperative preparation, so that they could get a thorough treatment without serious complications. After the International Prostate Symptom Score improved, the maximum flow rate increased significantly. Conclusion The positive preoperative preparation and the correct perioperative management, high-risk patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia can tolerate TURP surgery, access to thorough treatment.
