核心制造商、顾客和服务商是服务型制造项目实施过程中博弈参与主体。分析了三方演化稳定情况,构建了演化博弈模型,利用系统动力学仿真研究三方之间策略选择的动态博弈过程。研究结果表明:核心制造商、顾客和服务商最终会达到(监督,参与,努力)稳定均衡状态;顾客在选择策略时较重视参与项目的保障因素;服务商单方面的努力不一定会增加顾客参与的期望收益;核心制造商监管服务商并处以适当罚金、不监管服务商给予顾客适当的损害裁定都可提高二者的决策效率。
Core manufacturers, customers and service providers are the participants in the game during the implementation of service-oriented manufacturing projects. The evolutionary stability of the tripartite evolution is analyzed, an evolutionary game model is constructed, and the dynamic game process of strategic choice among the three parties is studied by using system dynamics simulation. The results show that the core manufacturers, customers and service providers will eventually reach a stable equilibrium (supervise, participate and work hard); customers pay more attention to the guarantee factor of participating projects when selecting strategies; the unilateral efforts of service providers will not necessarily increase customers The expected benefits of participation; the decision of the core manufacturer to supervise service providers with appropriate fine penalties and not to supervise service providers in appropriate damages to their customers can increase their decision-making efficiency.
