用TY-82接触角测定仪测定了三氨基三硝基苯(TATB)、氟聚合物与标准溶液的接触角,用几何平均法计算其表面张力,并用调和平均方程计算TATB与不同氟聚合物的界面张力及粘附功。结果表明,TATB与氟聚合物间界面张力及粘附功的大小主要由它们的极性匹配情况决定,极性越匹配,则界面张力越小,粘附功越大,粘接越牢固。
The contact angle of triamino trinitrobenzene (TATB), fluoropolymer and standard solution was measured by TY-82 contact angle meter. The surface tension was calculated by the geometric mean method. The TATB and the different fluoropolymer Interfacial tension and adhesion work. The results show that the interfacial tension and adhesion work between TATB and fluoropolymer are mainly determined by their polarity matching. The more the polarities are, the smaller the interfacial tension is, the larger the adhesion is and the stronger the bonding is.
