公交优先是缓解城市交通拥堵的重要发展战略,而如何在城市综合交通规划编制中落实公交优先则是一个重要的研究课题。本文以江阴市为例剖析了目前城乡空间与交通体系构架存在的问题,借鉴了发达地区的发展经验,不同于以往服务于小汽车交通为主的规划理念,提出了在江阴市域范围内以快速公交为核心、在中心城区范围内以公交专用道为核心的综合交通规划编制思路,并以引导、优化城乡空间发展为重点制定了公共交通发展规划方案。论文所提出的规划思路和方法可为相关研究和规划实践工作提供参考。
Bus priority is an important development strategy to alleviate urban traffic congestion, and how to implement bus priority in urban comprehensive traffic planning is an important research topic. Taking Jiangyin City as an example, this paper analyzes the existing problems of urban and rural space and transportation system framework, draws on the development experience of developed regions, different from the planning philosophy that mainly served the traffic of cars in the past, Public transport as the core, take the bus lane as the core comprehensive traffic planning in the downtown area and make plans for the development of public transport with the focus on guiding and optimizing the urban and rural spatial development. The ideas and methods proposed in the paper can provide reference for related research and planning practice.
