会议提出,2012年经济工作的总体要求是:全面贯彻党的十七大和十七届三中、四中、五中、六中全会精神,以邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想为指导,深入贯彻落实科学发展观,继续实施积极的财政政策和稳健的货币政策,保持宏观经济政策的连续性和稳定性,增强调控的针对性、灵活性、前瞻性,继续处理好保持经济平稳较快发展、调整经济结构、管理通胀预期的关系,加快推进经济发展方式转变和经济结构调整,着力扩大国内需求,着力加强自主创新和节能减排,着力深化改革开放,着力保障和改善民生,保持经济平稳较快发展和物价总水平基本稳定,保持社会和谐稳定,以经济社会发展的优异成绩迎接党的十八大胜利召开
The meeting proposed that the general requirements for economic work in 2012 should be: To fully implement the spirit of the 17th CPC National Congress and the 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th Plenary Sessions of the 17th CPC Central Committee; take Deng Xiaoping Theory and the important thinking of the ’Three Represents’ as Guide and thoroughly implement the scientific concept of development; continue to implement proactive fiscal policies and prudent monetary policies; maintain the continuity and stability of macroeconomic policies; enhance the pertinence, flexibility and foresight of macroeconomic policies and continue to handle the issue of maintaining a stable economy Speed up development, readjust economic structure and manage inflation expectations, accelerate the transformation of economic development mode and economic restructuring, make efforts to expand domestic demand, focus on strengthening independent innovation and energy conservation and emission reduction, focus on deepening reform and opening up, make efforts to safeguard and improve people’s livelihood, Maintain stable and rapid economic development and basically stabilize the general price level, maintain social harmony and stability, and celebrate the victory of the 18th CPC National Congress with outstanding achievements in economic and social development
