(?)给出了一个求辊形曲线的正确的作图法——圆包络线法。国内,陈惠波用椭圆移动法得出正确辊形曲线的计算公式,进行了试验研究,并且应用于生产,提高了钢管矫正质量。本文用齿轮啮合原理中求成形铣刀截形曲线的公法线方法,利用回转面的法线必定和回转轴线相交的特点,得出一种求辊形曲线的简单方法及其相参照的作图法,同时论证了(?)圆包络线法的正确性。辊形曲线是指通过轴线的截面曲线。
(?) Gives a correct mapping method for finding a roll-shaped curve - the circle envelope method. In China, Chen Huibo uses the ellipse movement method to derive the formula of the correct roll curve, conducts the experimental research, and applies to the production, improves the quality of the steel tube correction. In this paper, we use the gear meshing principle to find the common normal line method of the cutter curve of the milling cutter. By using the characteristic that the normal of the rotating surface intersects with the rotation axis, we get a simple method and its reference drawing Method, at the same time demonstrated the correctness of the (?) Circular envelope method. Roll-shaped curve refers to the cross-sectional curve through the axis.
