在铸造生产中,砂芯成型后在分型面会出现明显的坯缝,一般情况下,都要对砂芯进行修整,去除砂芯上的坯缝,以保证砂芯质量,获得良好的铸件质量。目前,修整砂芯主要靠人工完成。人工修整效率低,随意性大,砂芯的一致性很差。本文设计了一种铸造砂芯修芯机,当气缸活塞杆伸出时,滑块带动修整器沿着立柱内侧向下运动,修整器可以自动对砂芯外部的坯缝进行修整;修整后的砂芯表面光滑,质量好,并改善了工人的劳动强度。
In the casting production, sand core molding in the parting line will appear obvious billet, under normal circumstances, the sand core to be trimmed to remove the billet on the sand core in order to ensure the quality of the sand core to obtain a good casting quality . At present, trimming the sand core is mainly done by hand. Artificial trimming inefficient, arbitrary large sand core consistency is poor. In this paper, a sand core dressing machine is designed. When the piston rod of the cylinder is extended, the slider drives the dresser to move downward along the inner side of the column. The dresser can automatically trim the blank seam outside the sand core. Sand core surface is smooth, good quality, and improve the labor intensity of workers.
