当前,宪法学界对于如何建立适合我国国情的违宪审查制度一直争议不断。笔者认为,对相关概念的混乱运用与此局面直接相关。鉴于此,本文讨论了司法审查等相关概念,并对司法审查与违宪审查、司法审查与宪法监督以及司法审查与宪法诉讼之间的区别与联系进行了分析,以使读者对这些概念的理解更加清晰和准确。
At present, the constitutional scholars have been controversial about how to establish a constitutional review system that suits our own national conditions. The author believes that the chaos of the use of related concepts is directly related to this situation.
