目的研究牙科束缚治疗时低龄儿童及其家长的焦虑分布及不同告知方式对焦虑的缓解效果。方法样本人群分为对照组与干预组:对照组常规口头告知束缚治疗的优缺点,干预组附加采用书面方式,告知低龄儿童牙科治疗行为管理及牙科焦虑知识。研究首次和再次治疗时患儿及家长的焦虑分布;分析此焦虑与家长自身牙科焦虑及患儿口腔相关生活指数的相关性;分组分析后续治疗过程中患儿及家长的焦虑与患儿治疗配合的改善状况,初步研究不同告知方式的焦虑缓解效果。结果书面告知较常规口头告知对家长焦虑程度的降低有显著效果;束缚下牙科治疗患儿的焦虑与家长的焦虑及家长自身的牙科焦虑显著相关。结论低龄儿童束缚牙科治疗时,与家长的沟通效果至关重要,应提倡书面告知,丰富告知的内容和方式,严重焦虑患儿应选择全麻等非常规行为管理方式。
Objective To study the anxiety distribution of young children and their parents in dental restraint therapy and their different alleviating effects on anxiety. Methods The sample population was divided into the control group and the intervention group: the control group verbally informed the advantages and disadvantages of restraint therapy; the intervention group additionally adopted the written method to inform the young children about the dental treatment behavior management and dental anxiety knowledge. To investigate the relationship between anxiety and parents’ own dental anxiety and children’s oral life-related index (QOL). To analyze the anxiety of children and their parents in the follow-up treatment and children’s treatment cooperation The improvement of the situation, preliminary study of different ways to inform the effect of anxiety relief. The written notification of the result was significantly more effective than the verbal notification of the decrease in anxiety of parents. The anxiety of children under the bondage was significantly associated with parents ’anxiety and parents’ own dental anxiety. Conclusion When young children are bound to dental treatment, the communication with parents is very important. They should be informed in writing and enriched to inform the contents and methods. Patients with severe anxiety should choose unconventional behavior management methods such as general anesthesia.
