农民能买铁路吗?他们买得起铁路?买铁路又用来干什么呢?……这个过去看似天方夜谭式的“神话”,现在却被“九省通衢”的武汉市洪山区青菱乡烽火村农民变成了活生生的现实:去年5月,这个村斥资800万元买下了连接京广铁路的一条400米长货运专线。今年初,村里又根据需要,将这条专线延长了182米,如今这条铁路不仅成了该村新建的3个批发市场的货运“动脉”,而且带动了全村在107国道沿线7个专业批发市场的经济发展。
