探讨关于10号染色体丢失的磷酸酶基因及张力蛋白同源物(phosphatase and tension homologydeleted on chromosome ten,PTEN)发展历史、概念和结构及在恶性肿瘤中的作用机制。阐述目前PTEN在肺癌发生、发展及转移中的研究现状。通过上述描述来评价PTEN的临床应用价值。本文综述了PTEN在肺癌中的最新研究进展。
To investigate the history, concept and structure of phosphatase and tension homology deleted chromosome 10 (PTEN) on chromosome 10 and its mechanism of action in malignant tumors. The present research status of PTEN in the occurrence, development and metastasis of lung cancer is expounded. Through the above description to evaluate the clinical value of PTEN. This review summarizes the recent advances in PTEN in lung cancer.
