我们郁山中学地处偏僻,信息闭塞,资料缺乏,学生来源又极分散,基础水平较差,长期以来,师生都习惯了传统的注入式教学。虽然教改之劲风业已震荡每个人的心灵,但驾轻就熟易,别开生面十分难。怎样才能改变这种唱“独角戏”的现状,提高四十五分钟单位时间的课堂效率呢?我的想法是,首先应该提高对教与学这一对矛盾的主导与主体的认识。爱因斯坦曾说“发展独立思考和独立判断的一般能力,应始终放在首位,而不应把获得专业知识放在首位”.教师传授知识的最终日的,是要启迪学生的智力,将知识转化为他们终身受用的能力.因此,我觉得一堂成功的课堂教学,
Our school is located in a remote area, with obstructed information, lack of information, scattered sources of students, and poor basic level. For a long time, teachers and students have become accustomed to traditional injection teaching. Although the style of innovation of the reform has shocked everyone’s heart, driving is easy and difficult. How can we change the status quo of singing “one-corner opera” and increase the classroom efficiency of 45 minutes per unit time? My idea is that first of all, we should raise the awareness of the dominant and subjective aspects of the contradictions between teaching and learning. Einstein once said that “the general ability to develop independent thinking and independent judgment should always be the top priority, and should not put professional knowledge in the first place.” The final day for teachers to impart knowledge is to inspire students’ intelligence. Knowledge translates into their ability to be used for life. Therefore, I feel like a successful classroom instruction.
