在互联网时代,以大数据学习为特征的学习方式在高职课堂教学中得到越来越多的应用。目前,大数据条件下高职教师职业发展研究已经成为高职院校教育教学改革的一项重要课题。介绍了大数据对教育产生的重要影响以及国内外大数据教育的发展情况,分析了大数据条件下高职教师职业发展存在的问题,提出了大数据条件下高职教师职业发展的对策。
In the Internet age, the learning style characterized by big data learning is getting more and more applications in the classroom teaching of higher vocational education. At present, the research on the career development of higher vocational teachers under the condition of big data has become an important issue in the reform of education and teaching in higher vocational colleges. This paper introduces the important impact of big data on education and the development of big data education at home and abroad. It analyzes the problems existing in the career development of higher vocational teachers under the condition of big data, and puts forward the countermeasures of the vocational development of higher vocational teachers under the condition of big data.
