目的探讨克拉霉素在呼吸道感染中的临床应用。方法根据克拉霉素的结构特点与药物动力学特征,对克拉霉素在酸性环境中的稳定性、T1/2、在体内的分布、在肝内的代谢、人体生物利用度、抗菌活性等几方面进行了分析。结果克拉霉素为大环内脂类抗生素,具有广谱、稳定、T1/2长,5~7h、组织浓度高,8.5μg/ml、人体生物利用度高50%、抗菌活性强等优点,在临床各科感染疾病治疗中有着广泛的适应症。结论克拉霉素在扁桃体、肺及支气管分泌物中有显著高浓度,对肺组织有亲和力,使其在呼吸道感染治疗中具有较好疗效。
Objective To investigate the clinical application of clarithromycin in respiratory tract infection.
