目的:探讨原发性牙根吸收患者的功能特点,揭示功能对前牙牙根吸收的影响。方法:对正畸治疗前的错患者用曲面断层片、根尖片并结合临床确诊前牙原发性牙根吸收,从中选取2~3级牙根吸收患者15例,按年龄和性别配对,建立无牙根吸收对照组。对2组实验对象的功能进行临床和Denar MarkⅡ架检查,比较2组在侧方及前伸运动过程中功能指标的差别,采用SPSS13.0软件包进行统计学处理。结果:侧方运动时,实验组前牙干扰的数量显著高于对照组,临床检查(P<0.05)及架检查(P<0.05)均有统计学意义,后牙干扰数量2组无显著差异。下颌后退位(RCP)滑向牙尖交错位(ICP)时在垂直向、前后向及侧向的距离及前伸运动时存在的后牙干扰数2组无显著差异。结论:侧方运动中出现的前牙干扰作为一种长期轻微的创伤,可能是诱发前牙原发性牙根吸收的原因之一。
Objective: To investigate the functional characteristics of patients with primary root resorption and to reveal the effect of dysfunction on root resorption of anterior teeth. Methods: The patients with malocclusion before orthodontic treatment were treated with curved section and apical piece combined with the primary root resorption of the anterior teeth clinically diagnosed. Fifteen patients with root resorptions of grade 2 to grade 3 were selected and matched by age and gender No tooth root absorption control group. The clinical and Denar Mark Ⅱ test were performed on the function of the two experimental groups. The differences of function indexes between the two groups during the lateral and anterior extensor movement were compared. The data were analyzed by SPSS13.0 software package. Results: The amount of anterior teeth distention in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05) and the scaffold (P <0.05). The number of posterior teeth disruption No significant difference between groups. There was no significant difference between the two groups in the vertical, anteroposterior and lateral distances of the mandibular retraction position (RCP) to the cusp insertion point (ICP) and the posterior teeth interference when there was anterior extension. CONCLUSIONS: The disturbance of anterior teeth in lateral movement as a long-term minor trauma may be one of the causes of primary root resorption in anterior teeth.
