汽缸套水套穴蚀增加了机车的临修率和检修成本,本文着重分析汽缸套水套因柴油机冷却水中气泡体积急剧变化而造成的水击现象,由此系统地阐述了产生汽缸套水套穴蚀的根本原因,进而提出改变汽缸套水套的安装方向,在不影响汽缸套水套和汽缸套、汽缸套水套与进水支管、汽缸盖与汽缸套配合的基础上解决该问题的措施和具体的工艺,达到延长水套使用周期1～2个中修期的效果。
