目的:观察滋阴清热法中药联合西药治疗顽固性口腔溃疡的临床疗效。方法:将90例顽固性口腔溃疡患者分为对照组与研究组各45例。对照组给予常规治疗,研究组于对照组基础上采用滋阴清热法中药治疗,治疗2周。分析比较2组的治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果:对照组总有效率75.6%,研究组总有效率93.3%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用滋阴清热法中药联合西药治疗顽固性口腔溃疡,可有效改善患者的症状,不良反应少,安全可靠。
Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of Ziyinqingre method combined with western medicine on intractable oral ulcer. Methods: Ninety patients with intractable oral ulcer were divided into control group and study group with 45 cases each. Control group given conventional treatment, the study group on the basis of the control group using Ziyinqingre method Chinese medicine treatment for 2 weeks. Analysis and comparison of two groups of treatment and adverse reactions occurred. Results: The total effective rate of the control group was 75.6%, the total effective rate of the study group was 93.3%. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Ziyinqingre method combined with Western medicine treatment of intractable mouth ulcers, can effectively improve the symptoms of patients with less adverse reactions, safe and reliable.
