在国家科技部的指导和支持下，中国科技情报学会于６月２０日～２２日在北京召开了“全国科技信息机构体制改革与发展工作研讨会”。本次研讨会是在原国家科委科技信息司撤消后召开的第一次全系统大会，将对我国科技信息事业的发展产生重大的影响。中国科技情报学会常务理事、理事，各部委、省、市、自治区的科技信息（情报）所所长参加大会。会议的核心是交流科技信息机构改革和业务工作的经验，探讨新形势下科技信息工作的发展方向和服务模式。本刊在这里以专栏形式对本次研讨会进行专题报道，后几期还将陆续对会议的典型发言作进一步的介绍。 ──编者
With the guidance and support of the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China, the Chinese Society for Scientific and Technical Intelligence held a seminar on the reform and development of the national science and technology information institutions in Beijing from June 20 to June 22. This seminar is the first system-wide conference held after the withdrawal of the former State Science and Technology Commission of Science and Technology Information, which will have a significant impact on the development of science and technology information in our country. China Science and Technology Intelligence Institute executive director, director, ministries, provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions of science and technology information (intelligence) director to attend the conference. The core of the conference is to exchange experience in the reform and business operations of science and technology information agencies and explore the development direction and service mode of science and technology information work in the new situation.
