水稻品种31111s和1016经氮离子束注入和~(60)Co-γ射线处理后,对其干种子、浸种期、破胸期和发芽期的生物超弱发光值进行跟踪监测,结果发现两种处理干种子的发光值都比对照高;在浸种46小时后,γ射线处理的发光值下降,而对照和离子束注入的都呈上升趋势;在破胸期和发芽期每处理和对照的发光值都比上一期增加。表示种子在浸种→破胸→发芽阶段,其内部能量代谢水平逐渐加强。
After rice seeds 31111s and 1016 were treated with nitrogen ion beam implantation and ~ (60) Co-γ rays, their biological ultra-weak luminescence values were observed and monitored in dry seeds, soaking seeds, The luminescence values of dry seeds were higher than that of the control.
