胃脘舒冲剂是我院研制的治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的新药。本文主要报道其对大鼠萎缩性胃炎的预防作用。实验结果表明：服用胃脘舒冲剂可以防止大鼠造模引起的体重减轻，可降低胃粘膜pH值，增加胃粘膜血流量，加大胃粘膜电位差，降低组织学病变发生。
Weiqishu granules are new drugs developed by our hospital to treat chronic atrophic gastritis. This article mainly reports its preventive effect on atrophic gastritis in rats. The experimental results show that: taking Weiqishu granules can prevent weight loss caused by rat model, can reduce gastric mucosal pH, increase gastric mucosal blood flow, increase the gastric mucosal potential difference, reduce the incidence of histological lesions.
