中小学课堂提质增效的根本途径是课堂管理。课堂管理应从构建课堂、观察课堂、反思课堂、改善课堂等层面着手,有机结合教情、学情,优化教学诸环节,最终实现高效课堂这一目标。课堂管理是教学管理者必须做好的工作,更是教师的根本教学行为。没有规范化、科学化的课堂管理,课堂教学是盲目的、随意的、低效的,这样的教学不可能提高教学质量。为此,课堂管理应立足于课堂观察,从构建课堂的诸环节着手,在教学反思中不断提出
