教师对学员承担着“传道、授业、解惑”的责任,为了完成这个任务,必须从上好每一堂课开始。我谈谈怎样上好“播种量试验”这一课。一、写好教案教案是课堂讲课的基础,直接影响教学质量的好坏。我在教学中花时间最多的就是写教案,相当于讲课时间的三至五倍。教一次写一次,决不用旧教案。根据教材内容和学生基础,精心设计每一堂课的每一个活动,如开头、中间、结尾怎么讲,讲到什么地方该用挂图、教具;讲什么内容时用启发
