一、不同掺量的UEA砂浆胀缩曲线取40级UEA,按内掺量为4~12.5%成型1:2砂浆试体,作标准检验,各种养护条件下的限制膨胀率.ε_2测定结果列于表1,胀缩曲线如图1所示.可以看出,随着UEA掺量的提高,膨胀增大,收缩减小;当掺入量低于6%时,14d水养的ε_2<0.02%,即使令期延长,ε_2增长值也甚小,很难起到补偿收缩作用;当掺入量大于10%时,随着掺入量的增加,ε_2及其增长速率显著提高.因此,对于40级UEA,最低掺入量应大于7.5%,才能获得膨胀性能良好的砂浆;当UEA级别更低时,掺入量以大于10%为宜.
