高成本企业文化,指企业文化对市场和环境的适应能力差,造成企业的经营成本居高不下,经营被动困难。高成本企业文化有两层意思:一是由企业文化所决定的企业经营的有形成本很高;二是企业文化本身运营的成本也很高。这两方面决定了企业经营成本居高不下。 高成本企业文化决策成本高 决定决策成本有三个因素:一是能否正确地解决做正确的事,二是能否正确地做正确的事,三是做事是否有力度和速度。 正确地做正确的事,又要求使用好两个判断。一个是事实判断,主要是尊重环境事实、市场事实、主客观条件事实;二是价值判断,主要是根据主客观条件,根据企业发展战略和一贯经营理念,在事实的基础上,做出满意的选择。决策成本高的企业表现为虚伪的事实判断:情况不明决心大,脑壳一热做
