随着高铬铸铁在抗磨领域应用的日趋广泛,充分显示了机加工刀具及工艺参数的选择对拓宽高铬铸铁应用领域的促进作用。本文主要介绍一下从实践中获得的最佳刀具及工艺参数,并且提出了避免机加工过程中产生裂纹的措施。
With the increasing application of high-chromium cast iron in the field of anti-wear, it fully shows that the choice of machining tools and process parameters can promote the application of high-chromium cast iron. This article introduces the best tool and process parameters obtained from practice, and proposed measures to avoid cracks in the machining process.
