我们山西省永济纺织厂在积极探索和处理“中心”与“核心”关系时,统一了三个认识:一是不去争谁高谁低,集中精力,把企业搞上去,防止生产滑坡,特别要防止由于认识模糊而产生的思想滑坡。二是对厂长负责制要讲两句话:一要坚持,二要完善。三是只要把生产经营和思想政治工作有机地结合起来,业务干部抓生产从思想入手,政工干部抓思想从生产出发,服从于、服务于生产经营这个中心,就不会出现“两张皮”现象。
