核心竞争力是企业为客户提供特别利益的独有的技能与知识的组合,建筑企业具有投资大、生产周期长、生产环节多且行业内部技术成熟等特点,通过财务管理的加强来控制成本并提高企业核心竞争力,是企业稳定发展的有效途径。本文阐述了加强财务管理对提升企业核心竞争力的意义,分析了建筑企业财务管理中存在的问题,并给出了相应的解决措施。
Core Competence is the unique combination of skills and knowledge that enterprises provide special interests to clients. Construction enterprises have the characteristics of large investment, long production cycle, more production links and mature technology in the industry. The cost control is strengthened through the strengthening of financial management. To improve the core competitiveness of enterprises is an effective way for the stable development of enterprises. This article expounds the significance of strengthening financial management to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, analyzes the existing problems in the financial management of construction enterprises, and gives the corresponding solutions.
