我們灌注50ml以上的药液时,采用刻度管灌注,当往管内进药液时(利用虹吸作用),必须抬起头来看刻度;灌注安瓿吋(利用自然的大气压力),又必須低下头来看針头是否插进安瓿口;药液快流滿时,又得抬头看刻度。如是操作,每灌注一支需抬头低头三次之多,不仅操作麻煩,效率低,而且不能固定針头,增加了安瓿熔封时的碳化率。我們將管式灌注器改进成臥式后,即大大地提高了工作效率,操作起来也方便得多,优点如下:
