This article reports 21 cases of skin scar cancer treated in our hospital from 1965 to 1982, accounting for 12.4% of skin cancer in the same period, accounting for 24% of cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma. In this group, there were 15 males and 6 females. The age of onset was 29-65 years. The average interval between cancers was 22.8 years, and the lower legs were more common, accounting for 76%. The older the original patient is, the shorter the interval is. This may be related to the keratinization of the elderly. Post-traumatic scar cancer accounted for 62% of the cause of this group, and 20 patients were cured and discharged after surgical treatment. Pathological reports were squamous cell carcinomas with no regional lymph node metastases. Follow-up of 6 patients were all healthy.
