随着我国对外开放程度的不断提高,我国经 济日益融入世界经济发展之中。对外开放在促 进国内发展的同时,也使我国经济面临的风险和 不确定性增多:一方面,国际局势发生新的深刻 变化,世界多极化和经济全球化的趋势继续在曲 折中发展,综合国力竞争日趋激烈,各种矛盾错 综复杂;另一方面,当前我国仍面临发达国家在 经济、科技等方面占优势的压力。我国外贸依存 度已超过60％,外资在固定资产投资、工业产值 等方面已占有相当大比重,如何维护国家经济安 全的问题日渐突出。
With the continuous improvement of the degree of opening to the outside world in our country, our economy is increasingly integrated into the world economic development. While opening up to the outside world, it has also promoted the risks and uncertainties China’s economy faces. On the one hand, new profound changes have taken place in the international situation. The trend towards multi-polarization and economic globalization in the world has continued to develop amid twists and turns. On the other hand, China is still under pressure from the developed countries in economic, technological and other aspects. The degree of dependence on foreign trade in our country has exceeded 60%. Foreign investment has occupied a large proportion in the investment in fixed assets and industrial output value, and the issue of how to safeguard the national economic security has become increasingly prominent.
