目的探讨钝挫伤性眼血液动力学变化并评价药物对改善脉络膜血供的疗效。方法以自由落体击伤,损伤能量为3.3J,造成灰兔单眼轻度钝挫伤模型。伤后分别用生理盐水(NS)、复方樟柳碱(CA)、妥拉苏林(TZL)治疗,1次/日连续1周。用眼血流图(ROG)检测双眼伤前、伤后即刻,1,3,7天ROG波幅值。结果伤后即刻各组伤眼ROG波幅值均降低,与伤前比较P<0.01。伤后对侧眼ROG波幅值均迅速降低,提示轻度挫伤致脉络膜视网膜循环障碍,可能是挫伤后继发性视网膜损害的重要原因之一。结论早期应用CA能有效地改善脉络膜供血。而TZL无此治疗作用。对侧眼ROG波幅降低是伤后对侧健眼视力下降的客观证据。
Objective To investigate the ocular hemodynamic changes in blunt traumatic eyes and to evaluate the curative effect of drugs on the improvement of choroidal blood supply. Methods Wounding with free fall, the damage energy is 3.3J, causing the gray rabbits monocular mild blunt contusion model. The rats were treated with normal saline (NS), compound anisodine (CA) and Torazole (TZL) once a day for 1 week. ROG was used to detect the amplitude of ROG wave on the 1st, 3rd, 7th day immediately before injury and immediately after the injury. Results The amplitude of ROG wave in each group of injured eyes decreased immediately after injury, P <0.01 compared with that before injury. The contralateral eye ROG amplitude decreased rapidly after injury, suggesting that mild contusion caused by choroidal retinal circulation disorder may be one of the important causes of secondary retinal damage after contusion. Conclusion The early application of CA can effectively improve the choroidal blood supply. TZL no such treatment. Opposite eye ROG amplitude reduction is contralateral eye health objective evidence.
