六届全国人民代表大会第四次会议通过的我国《国民经济和社会发展计划》把档案馆事业的建设列入需要加强的项目。这在档案事业的发展史上是一件大事,是党和国家对档案事业的重视,是我国国民经济和社会主义各项事业发展的需要,自然也是档案事业发展的必然趋势。我们要认真学习人大会议文件,弄清“七五”计划的任务、目标和方针政策、结合我省档案事业建设的实际,认真考虑,做出切合各自实际的工作计划,一方面从自己的实际出发,加强档案馆自身的建设,一方面充分开发档案资源为“七五”计划的各项任务服务,为“富民兴滇”服务。
The “National Plan for Economic and Social Development” adopted by the Fourth Session of the Sixth National People’s Congress has included the construction of the archives project in projects that need to be strengthened. This is a major event in the history of the development of archives. It is the emphasis attached by the Party and the state to the cause of archiving. It is the need of the development of various undertakings of our national economy and socialism and naturally the inevitable trend of the development of archives. We must conscientiously study the NPC documents, make clear the tasks, objectives, principles and policies of the “Seventh Five-Year Plan”, and consider seriously the actual construction of archives in our province. We should make plans that are appropriate to our actual work and on the one hand, Departure to strengthen the construction of the archives themselves, on the one hand the full development of archives resources for the “Seventh Five-Year Plan” of the various tasks and services, “enrich the people Xingdian” service.
