根据中央和省委的部署,党员先进性教育活动即将在民营企业中逐步展开。虽然近年来民营企业党的建设取得了显著的成效,但相对于党政机关、事业单位和国有企业而言,民营企业党建工作基础仍较薄弱,企业内部情况也要复杂一些,因而其开展先进性教育难度更大、任务更艰巨。根据民营企业及其党建工作的现状,必须加强对民营企业开展先进性教育活动的领导;正式展开先进性教育活动前要充分做好准备工作;民营企业开展先进性教育要将“分类指导”的原则贯彻到底;要紧密联系民营企业的实际开展先进性教育;在学习内容上要坚持少而精,活动方式和时间安排上宜高度灵活。
According to the deployment of the Central Government and the provincial Party committees, education activities on the advanced nature of party members are about to start gradually in private-owned enterprises. Although the party building in private-owned enterprises has achieved remarkable results in recent years, compared with the party and government organs, public institutions and state-owned enterprises, the basis of party building in private enterprises is still weak and the internal conditions of enterprises are complicated.
